Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed in the residence, to ensure optimum comfort for all our guests, especially those suffering from allergies. No exceptions are possible.
Is cleaning included in the price?
Cleaning on departure is provided by us. However, we ask that you leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition, that there are no dishes to wash and that the garbage cans are taken out.
What are the arrival and departure times?
You can collect the keys from 16:00. On the day of your departure, the apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.
Is it possible to arrive late at night?
Yes, late arrivals are possible. Please let us know in advance so that we can organize your arrival in the best possible conditions.
Can we arrive before 4pm?
Early check-in may be possible outside peak periods. We invite you to request this in advance: we will confirm whether or not this is possible. Arrivals are only possible from early afternoon onwards.
Can the apartment be vacated after 10:00 a.m.?
Late departures are possible outside peak periods. We invite you to request this in advance and will confirm the possibility. In all cases, departures take place in the morning only.
Are linens provided?
Yes, bed linen and towels are provided (including kitchen towel and bath mat). Beds are made up for your arrival and each person has a bath sheet and a towel. Please let us know the exact number of occupants so that we can provide you with the right equipment.
Is there on-site parking?
Yes, private parking is available for residents. Each apartment has its own numbered parking space. The parking lot is outside and cleared of snow in winter.
Does the residence have a Wi-Fi connection?
Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi (fiber) is available free of charge in all apartments. Access is optimized to ensure a smooth connection, including for telecommuting and videoconferencing.
Are the apartments equipped for cooking?
Yes, each unit has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook and enjoy your meals.
Is the SPA open?
The SPA is currently being finished and is not yet accessible. We will keep you informed of its opening on our website.
How do I get to the ski slopes from the residence?
There are several options for getting to the ski area:
Without a car: the free “Skibus” shuttle bus stops right next to the residence. It takes you directly to the Font-Romeu cable car.
By car: various slope access points are just a few minutes away:
– Pyrénées 2000: 6 minutes
– Les Airelles: 8 minutes
– Col del Pam: 10 minutes
– La Calme: 12 minutes
Once on the ski area, the Font-Romeu / Pyrénées 2000 ski pass gives you access to all these sectors.
Direct access to the gondola: in just 4 minutes by car, you can reach the Borrell parking lot, located directly opposite the Font-Romeu gondola.
Is the city center close to the residence?
Yes, the residence is located at the foot of Font-Romeu, about 10 minutes’ walk from the first shops (bakery, supermarket, restaurants) and 15 minutes from the town center and the Emmanuel Brousse shopping avenue.
Its location offers an ideal balance between proximity to amenities and a more peaceful setting, with optimal sunshine, private parking and a beautiful view of the mountain range.
